Landscape Construction projects look different for each customer and can range in size from a total property reconstruction to small areas within the landscape requiring re-planting or touch-ups. We understand that when it comes to re-designing your property, close communication between the homeowner and the contractor is essential.
We work with you from start to finish to make sure the job is done exactly as it was envisioned, beginning with a walkthrough of the entire property, where we will make recommendations and answer any questions you have.
We then prepare a detailed estimate that can be adjusted as many times as needed until you are completely satisfied. The estimate is tailored to your specific project.
Having extensive knowledge of plants is a vital part of our construction and design process. Different parts of the landscape call for different plantings: sun or shade, wet or dry, large area or small area; all of these factors must be assessed before our work even begins.
Consultation Fee: For larger (more in-depth) construction projects, we charge a $150 consultation fee to meet with you, discuss your plans, make recommendations, and draw up a complete and thorough estimate. This fee includes unlimited adjustments to the estimate until it is to your satisfaction. If you hire us for the project, that $150 is credited against your final invoice upon completion of the project.
